Official Information about Competition (English Version)
Official Information for Competition
The
Competition will be held in 25 to 26 February during a Saturday and Sunday. It
is held during a Saturday and Sunday to avoid school schedules, and will be
held in 10 Am in the morning till 2:30 in the afternoon. Participants are
required to bring their own materials such as rackets, shoes and other gears
which would be necessary for them to compete at peak performance. The
competition will be held in Pola Bugar Sports Club. The address for this event
are Jalan Kedoya Raya No.35, Kedoya Selatan, Kebon
Jeruk, RT.6/RW.3, Kedoya Sel., Jakarta Barat, Kota Jakarta Barat, Daerah Khusus
Ibukota Jakarta 11520.
This Competition is sponsored by Salt Secure, they are a company which
tackle home security problems using their products such as their fingerprints and
advance locking systems. More information is available in our previous posts.
They are the ones paying for the courts and the shuttlecocks, as well as water
which will be provided and small snacks for both competitors and spectators
such as bread and fried foods.
The price to join will be 100.000 Rupiah, payment can be done during at
latest at 25 February 2017 by contacting Kyle who is the host of this event
using Whatsapp. His number is 0818165241
or email him at kylesutrisna@gmail.com, using this method the latest date to contact him is 18 of February 2017, payment will be due
during the day itself of a fee of 100.000 Rupiah. If you have not registered
beforehand and come during the day itself, registration is still allowed
however the payment fee is increased to 125.000 Rupiah If you had paid and are
unable to attend, there will be no refund. The grand prize will be 1.000.000 Rupiah.
There will be a gathering a week before the competition itself to
discuss the rules and schedules. The schedule will be the main topic of the
discussion itself since Saturday and Sunday may conflict with family or
personal events for some competitors. More information will be in the next
