Informasi Tentang Kompetisi

Kompetisi akan diadakan pada tanggal 25 sampai 26 Febuary pada hari Sabtu dan Minggu. Kita mengadakan kompetisi ini pada hari Sabtu dan Minggu karena kami ingin menghindari jadwal sekolah para murid murid yang ikut bermain. Kompetisi ini akan mulai dari jam 10 pagi hingga jam 2:30 sore. Para peserta diminta membawa barang barang sendiri seperti racket, sepatu dan barang barang lainnya yang dipakai untuk main dalam kondisi terbaik. Kompetisi ini akan diadakan di lapangan badminton Pola Bugar Sport Club. Alamat tersebut adalah Jalan Kedoya Raya No.35, Kedoya Selatan, Kebon Jeruk, RT.6/RW3, Kedoya Selatan, Jakarta Barat, Kota Jakarta Barat, Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta 11520.

Harga untuk mengikuti adalah 100.000 Rupiah, pembayaran bisa dilakukan paling lambat pada tanggal 25 Februari 2017 dengan mengkontak Kyle Mateo Sutrisna yang akan jadi host acara ini melewati whatsapp ataupun email. Nomor dia adalah 0818165241 dan email dia adalah kylesutrisna@gmail.com, anda akan hanya kontak dia dan pembayaran aslinya akan diminta pada 25 Februari 2017, untuk mengkontak dia melewati email ataupun Whatsapp paling lambat tanggal 18 Februari 2017. Kalau anda belom mendaftar pada tanggal 25 Februari 2017, anda akan tetap boleh daftar, tetapi harganya akan naik menjadi 125.000 Rp. Kalau anda telah membayar dan tidak dapat hadir, tak akan dikembalikan uangnya. Hadiah utama adalah 1.000.000 Rupiah.

Seminggu sebelum kompetisi ini, akan ada pertemuan untuk membicarakan aturan and jadwal kompetisi ini. Jadwal akan menjadi topik utama karena kami ingin para peserta datang dan siap bermain pada hari Sabtu dan Minggu. Info lebih banyak akan ada di post selanjutnya.

Official Information for Competition

The Competition will be held in 25 to 26 February during a Saturday and Sunday. It is held during a Saturday and Sunday to avoid school schedules, and will be held in 10 Am in the morning till 2:30 in the afternoon. Participants are required to bring their own materials such as rackets, shoes and other gears which would be necessary for them to compete at peak performance. The competition will be held in Pola Bugar Sports Club. The address for this event are Jalan Kedoya Raya No.35, Kedoya Selatan, Kebon Jeruk, RT.6/RW.3, Kedoya Sel., Jakarta Barat, Kota Jakarta Barat, Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta 11520.

This Competition is sponsored by Salt Secure, they are a company which tackle home security problems using their products such as their fingerprints and advance locking systems. More information is available in our previous posts. They are the ones paying for the courts and the shuttlecocks, as well as water which will be provided and small snacks for both competitors and spectators such as bread and fried foods.

The price to join will be 100.000 Rupiah, payment can be done during at latest at 25 February 2017 by contacting Kyle who is the host of this event using Whatsapp.  His number is 0818165241 or email him at kylesutrisna@gmail.com, using this method the latest date to contact him is 18 of February 2017, payment will be due during the day itself of a fee of 100.000 Rupiah. If you have not registered beforehand and come during the day itself, registration is still allowed however the payment fee is increased to 125.000 Rupiah If you had paid and are unable to attend, there will be no refund. The grand prize will be 1.000.000 Rupiah.

There will be a gathering a week before the competition itself to discuss the rules and schedules. The schedule will be the main topic of the discussion itself since Saturday and Sunday may conflict with family or personal events for some competitors. More information will be in the next post.
